I'm Patrece James

As a mom to two amazing children, an incredible wife, an alignment coach and business mentor.   I understand your desire to become more and the gaps of the inner and outer struggles women experience in life and business every day.  I know what it is like to be in the river of misery and the lonely journey to transformation as no one understands you. 

I don’t know you personally but all of us have an ambitious journey that is calling us to become HER.  The best version of ourselves that we can imagine.   

Your personal transformation is the most important gift you can give yourself, your family and your business.  As you transform your life, you are laying the foundation that will have a lasting results on every area of your life and business.

My journey of Becoming HER started with a decision to not be a teen mom that struggled for the rest of her life to make ends meet.  I joined the Navy at 18, became a war time veteran four years later and is still proud of that decision I made.

It’s so easy to spend our lives diminishing our dreams, not realizing our dreams were giving to us to shine bright and transform our lives so that  — our family, our friends, our community can experience us in our true essence.

When we operation from our true essence, we embrace who we are and empower who we are becoming.  We show up authentically and boldly in our own way that allows us to THRIVE.

And this is what I have dedicate my passion and purpose to helping Ambitious Women create and live their legacy by design.

Why I Do It

Personal transformation is not a term I ever heard growing up. While my parents did their best to provide for our family, they lived paycheck to paycheck most of their lives. Seeing my family struggle inspired me to aim higher and transform my life with confidence.

Once, I created and maintain my transformation strategies, I realized that the methods I used could help others like me who wanted the same but didn’t grow up with the framework to make it happen. So I made it my mission to help as many women as possible create and maintain an unstoppable mindset to transform their life with confidence to live a  better life for themselves and their families.
